Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish all your requirements, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. If accuracy and precision are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been engineered and made in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more accurate way. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to position loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being made and designed all the time and would be available in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For example, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to know the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory would compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
